Monthly Tip
The primary condensation lines regularly carry condensation water from the units; they are supposed to drip. Check your condensation lines periodically. If the secondary lines are dripping, or if a roof-mounted unit is dripping, the primary lines may be clogged. Have the installing subcontractor or other licensed HVAC company inspect the units.

More frequent maintenance and additional maintenance not listed above may be required depending upon the circumstances, usage and environment of your house and property, any homebuilder warranty and manufacturer warranty and maintenance requirements, and other maintenance in accordance with commonly accepted maintenance practices to prolong the life of the materials and construction in the house and property.
