This simple tool will help you relax and enjoy your new home while maintaining it year round.


Monthly Tip
The primary condensation lines regularly carry condensation water from the units; they are supposed to drip. Check your condensation lines periodically. If the secondary lines are dripping, or if a roof-mounted unit is dripping, the primary lines may be clogged. Have the installing subcontractor or other licensed HVAC company inspect the units.
